Law updates for landlords

When one of the official sources DraftRight watches for its landlord documents changes, and a person at DraftRight has checked the change, we email a short note on what changed. It is free, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we watch

Every week, DraftRight checks these official sources for its landlord documents, on legislation.gov.uk, GOV.UK and the bodies that publish them:

These are the rules for homes let in England. Wales and Scotland have their own tenancy laws, which these updates do not cover.

How it works

  1. Create a free account, or sign in, and choose Landlord.
  2. Tick the box for law updates. We never tick it for you.
  3. When one of these sources changes, a person at DraftRight checks the change before anything is sent.
  4. You get a short email about it. You can unsubscribe in any email, or untick the box in your Account.

A law update is a notice about a change in an official source. It is not legal advice.
