Outside that, you can still ask the VOA for a band review if the band looks wrong against similar properties. Your letter states the grounds, the comparable properties, and the outcome you are seeking. If you disagree with the decision that follows, an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal must be made within 3 months of the date on your decision notice.
