How does billing work?−
Business plans are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe and metered per API call (one "credit" per call). Credits are pooled across your team and reset each cycle. We provision a Stripe billing link when you're onboarded.
Do I need a business account?+
Yes — business plans pool credits across your team and unlock the API. We'll set up your business account and API key during onboarding, usually within one working day of your enquiry.
What can I do with the API?+
Invoice and expense scanning, bulk document generation, contract analysis, meeting transcription, company due-diligence lookups, company monitoring, HR document packs and bulk file conversion — all programmatically, with export-ready output for tools like Dynamics 365, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
Is my data secure?+
DraftRight is UK-based and GDPR-compliant. Uploaded files are processed and then automatically deleted within ~24 hours unless you choose to keep them, and document text is encrypted at rest. Enterprise plans can arrange bespoke data-handling and SLA terms.
